Transparency First

At Avonie, we treat your privacy as a fundamental right, not a feature. We are a static information portal committed to zero tracking, zero data sales, and complete transparency. This page explains exactly how we handle—or rather, how we *don't* handle—your data.

The Static Promise

Unlike modern web applications that rely on databases, user accounts, and behavioral tracking, Avonie is built on pure static HTML. This architecture dictates our privacy stance: we literally cannot collect personal data because we have nowhere to store it.

Every time you visit avonie.de, you are simply requesting files from a server. There are no cookies set by us (beyond the essential, anonymous load balancer cookies required to serve the page), no analytics scripts tracking your mouse movements, and no third-party pixels selling your attention.

This is a library, not a platform. You read, you learn, you leave. Your digital footprint here is invisible.

The "Zero-Weight" Data Diet

Most websites today carry the weight of a skyscraper: analytics stacks, user databases, tracking pixels, and ad servers. Avonie is a paper airplane.

By refusing to carry passenger data, we remain agile, secure, and focused purely on delivering information about email protocols. You don't need to worry about us losing your data, because we never had it to begin with.

"Privacy isn't just a policy on this site; it's a physical constraint of the technology we use."

Your Rights & Contact

Even though we don't store data, you have rights.

Right to Access
GDPR Art. 15
You may request a copy of any data we hold. Since we hold no database, we will provide a transcript of our server access logs (if any exist at that moment) to prove no profiling is occurring.
Right to Deletion
GDPR Art. 17
If you have contacted us via email, simply reply with "Delete" and we will permanently remove your correspondence from our email server within 48 hours.
